In March 2025, we expanded our culinary journey with the launch of our very own food truck. After months of thoughtful renovations and customizations, it’s now fully equipped to serve as our restaurant on wheels.
You’ll find us serving up delicious Irish-style burgers, hand-cut fries (or chips, as we prefer to call them), and rotating weekly specials—all made with the same quality and care you’ve come to expect from us.
We’re currently stationed outside the Niwot Wheel House four days a week, with additional pop-up events throughout Boulder County.

As a catering company we provide high-quality, collaborative dining experiences, be it an intimate gathering or a grand celebration. Backed by a wealth of diverse expertise, our team is committed to helping you create events that will nourish your guests and truly reflect your unique vision.
Our services range from elegant grazing tables to the use of our full-service food truck.
We believe our ability to customize a menu to your specifications is the most critical element and view you as a collaborator of the meal whether it be for your wedding, or a small dinner party.

We are based out of Niwot, Colorado, a small town in between Boulder and Longmont. We are willing to travel to Estes Park, Denver, and elsewhere within a 2-hour drive.
We enjoy nothing more than meeting and collaborating with new and familiar faces to create warm and memorable human-centered experiences.
